Our Inspectors

Custom Building Surveys, Ltd. has been doing inspections since 1983. Each inspector has extensive knowledge of the mechanics within a home as well as construction methods and the building's structure. They have received this knowledge through years of experience in the inspection business and ongoing educational programs. Our inspectors are licensed residential builders in the State of Michigan. Our surveys are all done in accordance with the standards set forth by American Society of Home Inspectors, ASHI.
