Our Surveys

Our surveys will explain how the systems in the home function, as well as come to conclusions about their condition. If there are defects in the home, we will explain the probable causes, solutions, and estimates as to their repair.*

With the survey, you will receive a Twenty-Five Page Written Report and an Audiocassette of the inspection. You will also receive pamphlets of information which pertain to the specific building. You will receive all this information at the conclusion of the inspection, when you need it most.

* To avoid a conflict of interest, we do not perform repairs on any building we inspect.

Cost of a Survey

A professional home inspection will usually cost between $225 and $500.* Pricing is determined on the following basis:

• Square footage
  
• Location - travel time only
  
• Age of house
  
• Type of foundation
  
• Number of furnaces

An exact quote will be given to you over the phone. All of our pricing is done by a schedule to assure fair and accurate pricing. We never use the cost of the house to determine a price for the survey.
